Qualifications And Job Description :

In close collaboration with the Boutique management, reporting to Visual Merchandising Manager functionally and to the Boutique Manager hierarchically, your role is to ensure the correct implementation of Greyder’s merchandising policy in the country and play an active part in the VM team.

Your main responsibilities are:

I. Organize and Manage :

Implementing visual merchandising policy and guaranteeing the House’s image of excellence.

Setting up window decor and display merchandising in the boutiques.

Respecting all deadlines of implementation.

Providing good merchandising based on the VM rules. Change and improve VM image regularly.

Developing action plans adapted to the need of the boutiques.

II. Train:

Training the retail sales teams and VM ambassadors about Merchandising policy and ensuring compliance with it.

III. Coach :

Coaching the teams in the boutique on Visual Merchandising, with a supportive, developmental approach

Reporting back clearly to VM Executive or Head

Requirements:

Fluent English is a must. Russians or any language would be an advantage.

Creative and innovative thinker

No Travel restrictionsKnowledge of fashion, style, and current visual merchandising trends

Knowledge of fashion, style, and current visual merchandising trends

Demonstrate ability to convert VM actions into commercial results, best practices, and understanding the business needs

3 years experience in the field of visual merchandising, ideally with a Shoe brand

Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and proficiency in Word (In Design, and Photoshop).

University Graduate

Flexibility in terms of schedule (overnights and weekends when required)
