Optimization and Administration Specialist

Scope of work:

The role involves planning, monitoring, and managing daily tasks in the field to maintain efficient field organization.

Responsibilities include preparing and controlling all reports related to customers and the company, developing strategies to strengthen field organization, monitoring income and expense budgets, managing expenses through cost optimization, and conducting feasibility studies for opening new service centers and improving the efficiency of existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and manage daily tasks in the field to maintain efficient field organization

• Preparation, and control of all reports related to customers and company.

• Develop strategies to ensure a stronger field organization.

• Monitor income and expense budgets and manage expenses by cost optimization

• Make feasibility studies for opening new service centers and for the efficiency of existing service centers.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience in banking or other related sectors. Experience in planning and supporting strategic initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to identify and understand key revenue and cost drivers in order to help the company reach its goals.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, PivotTables and formulas.
