We are looking for "Reporting & Field Operations Specialist''. 

MAIN SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields,
• Excellent Communication of English,
• Strategic thinking : Analytical skills,
• Proficiency with applicable software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Receiving row data from related departments (mainly from sales and marketing) and change it into reportable formats
• Keep field software update to manage field teams.
• Combination&flow of sales and other datas with reporting software
• Calculation of field teams’ KPIs.
• Support field teams with POSM operations to improve visibility and product launches.
• Imroving current reports to have a better reporting possibility.
• Crossfunctional communication with HR,Finance,Sales&Marketing to operate daily responsibilities.
• Field visits to understand environment and sustainability of field software.
• Developing new reports depending on current demands.
