Graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or related fields,

Minimum 4 years of previous working experience of similar tasks ,

Strong command of marketing fundamentals: Passion for marketing and in-depth knowledge of brand management, market research, communication and innovation processes,

Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills,

Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills,

Fluency in English,

Strong computer skills (MS Office),

JOB DESCRIPTION 

As Groupe SEB Istanbul, we are looking for a "WMF Brand Manager" for our WMF Department;

• Manages ATL+BTL budgets with effective ROI to increase brand awareness and create in-store excellence.
• Prepares annual marketing communication plans inline with premium brand strategy, to support hero product launches and to increase brand awareness.
• Effective localization of global tool boxes with local creative agencies.
• Prepares annual in-store excellence plans in line with brand’s channel strategy, to built premium brand image and to increase sell-out.
• Manages PR, media, social media, creative and event agencies to effectively execute marketing plans.
• Managing social media accounts.
• Managing chef cooperations and influencer marketing.
• Executes and secures in-store excellence with shop-in-shop, stand, branded corner solutions, and POSM in premium WMF sellers.
• Managing wmf.com.tr web page in terms of content, design, stock&sales follow-up, activation plans to increase visit & sell-out.
• Supporting trainer with training documents.
• Suporrting product management with quarterly line-up preparations and competitor analysis.
