Wind Power Plant Maintenance Engineer (WPP / WTG Maintenance Engineer)
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work at our wind power plant located in Afyonkarahisar / Dinar.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a university,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in the wind energy sector,
- Familiarity with wind turbine components and operating principles (preferred),
- Knowledge and experience in high-voltage systems,
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics,
- Fit and able to work at heights (GWO certificates preferred),
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Professional working proficiency in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Experience with SCADA systems,
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required,
- Ability to adapt to shift work and weekend on-call duty,
- Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience,
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Afyonkarahisar / Dinar,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Job Description
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for wind turbines,
- Analyze turbine performance data and develop improvement actions,
- Monitor and report maintenance KPIs,
- Ensure the plant operates at maximum capacity, safely and efficiently,
- Comply with Quality, Environmental, HSE, and data protection (KVKK/GDPR) requirements,
- Take an active role in testing, maintenance, repair, and replacement of all equipment within the plant and switchyard.
