CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Position Overview
We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the full creative journey of brands — from initial concept to globally recognized brand identities.
This role requires a leader with exceptional aesthetic vision, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of modern digital culture.
As the Creative Director, you will shape the creative direction of our brands, campaigns, launches, and content, ensuring that every output reflects our refined visual standards and creative philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
1) Brand Creation & Positioning
*Build brand stories, naming frameworks, and visual direction
*Define brand DNA, values, tone of voice, and emotional positioning
*Shape the aesthetic world and conceptual foundation of each brand
2) Creative Concept & Campaign Development
*Develop creative ideas for digital & physical campaigns
*Create concepts for photoshoots, product launches, and brand films
*Prepare storyboards and moodboards
*Lead launch campaigns across platforms
3) Multidisciplinary Creative Leadership
*Collaborate with design, strategy, and content teams
*Provide clear creative briefs and guidance
*Oversee all creative output from concept to final delivery
*Ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint
4) Content Direction
*Direct creative vision for Reels, TikTok, brand films, and video storytelling
*Guide teams on set design, composition, styling, and visual flow
*Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with the brand identity and overall creative strategy
5) Presentation & Client Interaction
*Lead creative presentations and pitch decks
*Communicate creative decisions to clients
*Represent the creative vision in all client discussions
*Translate strategy into compelling visuals and narratives
6) Trend Research & Benchmarking
*Track global trends in fashion, art, design, and digital culture
*Conduct competitive and creative benchmark research
*Translate cultural and design trends into distinctive brand narratives and creative direction
7) Creative Standards & Quality Control
*Define the creative style and aesthetic standard for the company
*Mentor junior designers and content creators
*Ensure every output meets luxury, minimalist, and modern standards

*Figma (brand systems, digital layouts)
*Procreate (sketching, concepts)
-Creative Process Tools
*Notion (project planning & creative documentation)
*Miro / FigJam (brainstorming & ideation)
*Pinterest / Milanote (moodboards)
*Photo/Video Understanding (Basic Direction Level)
*Camera angles, lighting, composition
*Color palette and visual storytelling
*Awareness of editing processes (CapCut / Premiere)
-Qualifications
* Strong sense of minimalist, modern, and luxury aesthetics
*Proven experience in branding and identity creation
*Ability to lead creative teams and manage workflows
*Strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and cultural trends
*Excellent visual storytelling and presentation skills
