Qualifiations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations or a similar role, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, inventory management and hotel distribution channels.
• Experience with PMS, CRS, RMS, Opera, OnQ/PEP or similar systems.
• Strong MS Excel, analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage pricing and inventory strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
• Monitor reservations, pickup, occupancy and market trends.
• Prepare regular revenue and performance reports.
• Lead and support the Reservations team to ensure high service and performance standards.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Front Office teams to achieve commercial goals.
• Manage PMS, CRS and RMS systems and ensure accurate pricing, inventory and reporting.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to management.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Revenue & Reservations Manager to manage our revenue strategies and Reservations operations atHagia Sofia Mansions Istanbul, Curio Collection by Hilton.

You will be responsible for improving occupancy, RevPAR and revenue performance, while leading the Reservations team and working closely with Sales, Marketing and front office.
