QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Annah Hariri starts its production in Dubai and goes online on September, 2012. Then moves its all operations into Bursa, Turkey on August, 2015. Now, it's renowned international company with more than 100 employee making sales on a global scale.

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated, and also have a sufficient experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries (approx. 250 emails per day)
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, e-mail, chat)
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent
  • Must have a full proficiency in both writing and verbal English
  • Must have a full proficiency in both writing and verbal Turkish
  • Arabic is a plus
  • 1-2 years customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with using computers
  • A friendly, outgoing personality who loves interacting with customers
  • Active and good listener, aptitude for teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure and to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Good follow-up skills, strong organizational and coordination skills

Working Hours:

Weekdays 08:30 - 18:30 / Weekends are off

10:00 - 10:20 Breakfast / Coffee Break
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch Break
16:00 - 16:20 Coffee / Tea Break

We are located in Yildirim, next to Yunusemre Saglik Ocagi (if you wish to check the location). Salary will be discussed based on your experience and professionalism.
