Area Sales Manager (Traditional Channel)

We are looking for an “Area Sales Manager (Traditional Channel)” to be assigned in our Sales Department. This position will lead to traditional channel / distributor sales operations in the related area and will be responsible for the management of field sales experts. The position reports to Traditional Channel Regional Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in related departments of universities,
• Minimum 10 years experience in traditional channel sales of consumer goods,
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Effectively using MS Office programs,
• Previous experience in team management,
• Strong communication and analytical skills, competent in planning and reporting,
• Can drive actively and having no restriction of travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing field sales organization and distributor in the related area by developing strategies to achieve sales targets,
• Realizing the effective management of distributors in order to expand the portfolio in the relevant regions and achieve the sales target,
• Analyzing this industry’s market share and competitors’ prices,
• By understanding of key customer needs and requirements , propose solutions that meet customer objectives. Expand the relationships with the existing customers in different channels.
