We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer withat least 15 years of experience to join our Istanbul Head Office. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of complex, large-scale projects by providing technical expertise and supporting multidisciplinary project management teams.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
• Preferably experienced in large-scale building projects such as hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, data centers, industrial facilities, power generation plants, and manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and building automation systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical design, calculations, technical specifications, materials, installation methods, detailing, and project planning.
• Proven experience in quality control, inspections, and reporting in accordance with project specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience in reviewing and approving materials, monitoring installations, and preparing/checking inspection and testing documentation.
• Capable of preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs, progress reports, cost analyses, interim payment documentation, and project schedules.
• Good knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations and best practices.
• Previous experience working within project management and consultancy teams.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills throughout the project lifecycle.
• Results-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and quality-focused working practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong supervision and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, including technical correspondence, presentations, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant engineering software.
