JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Business Excellence Specialist to lead the transformation towards a more data-driven business culture and decision-making process. The main functions are:

   Lead the implementation and consolidation of the Commercial Excellence program across the subsidiary.

   Facilitate the correct usage of available data and tools to maximize their value in decision-making processes.

   Drive cultural change towards data-driven business steering.

   Ensure data quality and reliability by working directly with data or establishing necessary procedures.

   Train and support business team members in using tools and interpreting data.

    Increase market knowledge by coordinating Sell Out data collection and collaborating with local associations.

    Function as subject matter expert for HIPRA’s CRM (Hipra Force), ensuring alignment with Corporate Strategy.

    Generate actionable insights and valuable information from CRM data to support business decisions.

We are looking for people who:

•   Studies: Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

•   Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken) and the local language.

•   Work experience: Have a solid +5 years of experience, ideally within the life sciences or animal health industry.

•   Skills:

•         Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, results oriented.
•         Able to lead by influence.
•         Strong communication and presentation skills.
•         Strategic and operational thinking.
•         Analytical mindset.
•         Positive attitude, self-motivated and team player.
