QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Building relationships with clients at all levels,
  • Communication with internal and external clients, both in writing, by telephone and in person,
  • Check all client’s balances and send daily report to the commercial team to avoid minus balances,
  • Resolution of all technical issues causing blockages to be resolved with the help of IT & 3rd party suppliers,
  • Follow up the daily technical errors that the clients faced and provide a solution not to miss the sale,
  • Delivery of client specific product promotions and evaluation of their success ,
  • Monitor client booking numbers and margin against set targets and evaluate success,
  • Take on new clients as required when they are passed over from Sales ,
  • To ensure the CRM system/back office is always up to date,
  • To be part of the Customer Support team and work with colleagues to find solutions to problems found,
  • Follow up client’s cases with the operations team and work close with operations to resolve them,
  • Complete client’s registrations & provide system access,
  • Arrange meetings with new clients for the sales team and attend to those if needed, 
  • Ensure clients pay their invoices as per our contract with them and on time,
  • Follow up the contracts to be signed. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
  • Good level of written and verbal communication in English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Prone to teamwork, following innovations closely,
  • Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal,
  • Having the ability to think analytically and strategically, following the dynamics of the market.

Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
