We are looking for a Freight Broker Assistant to join our team. If you are a perfectionist, you know how to carefully work with documents, you can keep in mind and not forget a lot of different information, you know English well, then we are waiting for you!

For 4 years on the market, our company has gained a reputation as a reliable intermediary between the owners of ships and cargoes. We have a base of regular, loyal customers who want to work only with our company. We conduct the transaction in full, from beginning to end, in the shortest possible time we resolve the claims of both ship owners and cargo owners, we give our best in work. Caring for customers and quality service - both shipowners and shippers appreciate us for this. In the coming year, we will expand the water area - the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

What do we have to do?

• Prepare packages of documents for transactions;

• Issue invoices;

• Maintain document flow for cargo owners;

• Maintain document flow for shipowners;

• Carry out business correspondence with ship owners and cargo owners (using the terminology of shipping);

• Carry out business communication with counterparties under the transaction;

• Inform clients on any issues during the transaction. Assist in resolving all issues;

• Control payment of invoices;

• Carry out mass mailings via UniSender;

• Calculate vessel downtime;

• Accompany the transaction completely, to the ideal.

• Neat and attentive. Errors in documents, invoices, letters for clients are unacceptable, the speed, quality of work and reputation of the company suffer from this.

• System. Able to work with large amounts of data. Getting to grips with systems/models quickly through Excel models (pivot tables, Pivot) is not a problem for you. Confident user of MS Excel, Power Point, Word.

• Fluent in English. The upper-intermediate level suits us - no lower.
