Job Description :

• Responsible for planning & monitoring the Company’s budget & forecast financial statements
• Taking an active role in budgeting/accounting system development,
• Ensuring coordination of budgeting, forecasting and business plan processes within the company,
• Supporting various reporting requirements relating to budget and forecast financials.Evaluation and approval of expenditure requests in compliance with budgets,
• Communication with business units and project teams and proactively work together on budget related matters,
• Establish and develop new internal change projects which are aligned with the business strategy,
• Support senior management meetings (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc); prepare required presentation materials; track meeting actions and notes,
• Provide active support to implementation of functions' business development plans and other specific business development projects of finance department.
• Follow up of action plans and to take active role in reporting of the above mentioned business processes.

Responsibilities

• Monthly preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Reviewing monthly closing process and controlling work flow for accounting transactions to be performed accurately
• Support the financial planning and forecasting processes and adapt to changing business conditions and strategies; proactively support and influence the related business planning processes
• Meet all audit requirements to ensure proper internal controls are in place
• Ad-hoc supports to budget and reporting team and other teams in finance
