Job Description:

·        To prepare training reports and Prepare annual training plans for motorcycle and automobile dealers (MC/MV), to organize mechanical training and new model training theoretically and

·        practically in accordance with the annual training plans, to monitor the outcome of the training given, in order to take precautions (MC/MV)

·        To prepare training reports and uploading them to LMS (Training Follow-up System) and share with dealers managers and keeping training records in LMS (TFS)

·        Procurement, preparation and development of training materials for all training

·        Technical support to other departments and planning and giving internal technical training, preparing and publishing technical documents for all departments

·        To follow up the purchases of services (hotel, printing house, etc.)

·        Development of MC technical support system and addition of new models

·        To follow-up new SST for new models.

·        To provide diagnosis systems, to follow up repair and maintenance services (MV / MC)

·        Technical support for Honda classes in Technical High Schools, providing information, monitoring their performance (to give training for school teachers, support to technical materials)

·        Preparing and following the budget and checking attendance for billing to dealers after the training

·        Organizing translation services and purchasing services, to obtain MC owner manual and shop manual from HM and adapt these books for Turkey, to translations in coordination with the relevant company, to negotiate with the printing company for printing and finalize them

·        To prepare Monthly Commercial Meeting (MCM) and to present Sales Presentation Meeting (SP)

·        To carry out examinations and test during the e-learning preparation process

·        Preparing for the organized competitions (National Skill Contest organization for European Skill Contest participants)

·        To provide service for dealer diagnostic computers (MC/MV) and providing technical support on TESS (Technical Support System) ,to dealers when requested (MC/MV)

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 8-12 years of relevant experience

·        Fluent in English

·        Excel, PowerPoint, Word and general PC high-level knowledge

·        Planning and organizational ability

·        Automobile / Motorcycle technical knowledge and repair skills

·        Knowledge about workshop technical equipment

·        Ability to teach, self motivated, with strong human inter-personal and communications skills, and a passionate, proactive, can-do attitude
