Procurement and Purchasing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Support procurement manager in development of new vendors and consolidate volume.

·        New vendor qualification, collection documents for new vendor registration.

·        Management supplier relationships.

·        Support procurement managers in negotiations.

·        Working with legal/finance/tax departments.

·        Releasing the manual PO.

·        Internal and external communication.

·        Document management.

·        Working with internal systems.

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

·        Higher education (bachelor’s degree or above).

·        Related work experience (3+ years of experience in consumer electronics / fashion / retail / FMCG).

·        Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·        Good presentation skills.

·        Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above).

·        Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must).
