Financial Controller

We are looking for “Financial Controller” candidates for our company which is operating in Insurance and Reassurance Brokerage area and headquarter is in UK. The position is based in our İzmir Region Office, will be reporting to CFO and will be responsible to the Management Board regarding internal audit function.

• BS degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related departments
• Experience in Independent Audit companies and good at IFRS regulations
• Took active role in budget planning, financial analyses, and reporting and knowledge in legal regulations
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial controlling
• Excellent command of English in writing and speaking
• Good at MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Good at analytical thinking
• No travel restriction
• No military obligation for male candidates

• To develop financial reporting, budget, and internal audit procedures and ensure that the Group procedures are applied effectively
• To take active role in preparation and control of the management reports of the company monthly/quarterly/annual/subject based.
• To control the content of the company’s financial tables and analyze the monthly/periodic financial performance for budget/actual.
• To prepare the time table for budget preparations and ensure the coordination with the departments. To consolidate and control all the data related with business, and to lead the budget preparation process.
• To take active role in preparation of the IFRS audit report with the independent audit company
• To prepare annual/monthly/periodic audit plan. To investigate and report whether the activities are in line with the legal regulations and corporate standards and operational and management processes are effective and efficient
