HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

HRM DANIŞMANLIK

• At least 6-year work experience in HR functions, preferably min 2 years’ experience as a HR Manager.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational, critical analysis and problem solving skills, energetic, result-oriented and assertive
• Has a generalist background, with a good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the function (e.g learning & development, talent management, compensation & benefits)
• Is willing to work in a fast paced, flexible environment
• Is able to take initiative, requires only final confirmation from board
• Located in or willing to move to Ankara
• Completed military services for male candidates

• Managing employee relationship and achieve the motivation of employees.
• Recruitment, talent management, legal issues, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training and performance management.
• Meet ups with international HR Director & Managers
• The position will report to General Manager
