To be part of our challenging, passionate world we are looking for an Retail Operations Senior Specialist to be charged in our HUGO BOSS İstanbul Retail Office.

What You Can Expect

• You will be responsible for general retail operations administrative tasks to support the stores.
  
• Run and distribute KPI reports to the Retail teams.
  
• Coordinate the Retail Bulletin adding information from other Head Office departments and formatting it to specification.
  
• Ensure Guidelines, Store Operations Manual are applied and followed by store managers and store teams.
  
• Prepare and implement Onboarding and Monthly In-store Trainings.
  
• Prepare and conduct Collection Trainings.
  
• Implement the Back Of House standards in the market.
  
• Look for opportunities to speed up the efficiency of the Retail Operations department.
  
• Responsible for HB University Tool and Mystery Shopping and share the reports with the retail team.
  
• Customer Care: resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem.
  
• Regularly store visits
  
• Responsible for Facility Management tools
  
• Work closely to Global Retail Operations Team and Facility Management Team.
  

Your Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Good knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint
  
• Strong at prioritising workload and with a flexible attitude to change in priorities
  
• Open minded and have a high willingness to learn.
  
• Strong Retail experience
  
• An entrepreneurial, solution-orientated mind-set.
