To be part of our challenging, passionate world we are looking for Visual Merchandising Senior Specialist  to be charged in our HUGO BOSS İstanbul Retail Office.

Job Description

• Routinely travel to directly operated stores in Turkey to execute and maintain HUGO BOSS visual standards; VM Guideline, Model Stores.
• Participation in the implementation of shop window concepts, in-store mannequins and fashion point look changes in all stores with strong attention to detail in styling, composition and lighting.
• Cooperation with Retail Operations, Merchandise and Marketing Departments and Store Management to drive top-level execution and promote strong sales results in the market while adhering to the brand VM strategy.
• Consistently communicate with Specialists, Brand Ambassadors and Managers to develop and train on HUGO BOSS visual standards.
• Full merchandising and display changes.
• Create bi-weekly and monthly monitoring reports for all POS including façade overviews and in-store merchandising by evaluating and summarizing product data and trends.
• Assist VM Team Leader with additional on-going projects (new shop install, new store openings, special and celebrity events).
• Organize local productions such as posters, stickers etc.
• Coordinate VM product inventories with warehouse team.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising
• Good knowledge of English(spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Exceptional visual standards and the ability to execute Hugo Boss VM Guidelines
• Ability to manage, oversee and follow through on projects
• Ability to travel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset and willingness to constantly be aware of the latest trends & news
• Ability to multi-task
• Available to work flexible hours, as needed, night work for implementation of shop window concepts
