As Huhtamaki–Elif Plastik, a company operating in Istanbul/Esenyurt with approximately 1,000 employees, we are seeking a Production Engineer to join our Production Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering,
• 1-2 years of production experience,
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• For male applicants, military service must be completed,
• Resident on the European side of Istanbul,
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Job Description:

• Monitoring and controlling production processes.
• Managing a team of production staff.
• Guiding blue-collar employees during shifts.
• Organizing shifts for blue-collar employees.
• Managing projects within the scope of production.
• Maintaining lean manufacturing activities, such as 5S.
• Conducting training sessions for operators on relevant systems.
• Implementing efficiency improvements in production.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and production procedures.
