Due to our global organization's needs, we are seeking for Business IT Manager to be employed in our IT Department.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience,
•  Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience with a major ERP brand (i.e. SAP, Oracle),
• Management experience for minimum 2 years in IT Departments,
•  Result oriented with a focus on long term solutions,
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,

Job Description

• IT ownership of ERP, MES and other business applications of Huhtamaki Istanbul Plant,
• Overseeing and moderating business applications support and change management processes,
• Establishing a collaborative relationship with business stakeholders based on solid governance structure,
• Representing Türkiye Business IT in global Flexible Packaging Business IT Leadership Team, including Europe, MEA, India, SEAO,
•  Working in collaboration with global IT Teams,
• Reporting to Head of Business IT for Flexibles based out of Istanbul.
