WHO ARE YOU?

Global sportswear retail company is looking for an "Information Technologies Assistant"

IT systems specialists maintain head office and retail shops IT environment, such as computer hardware, software, network and related systems. They are also responsible for implementing security protocols.

IT systems specialists will setup retail shops, office and user devices such as Laptops, handheld devices and printers. Continuously monitor and implement solutions to IT related issues, system administration problems and application errors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from universities related area,
• Able to have phone conversations in English (position will have close contacts with global partners),

• Excellent interpersonal skills,

• 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience, (Retail sector experience is preferred)

• Experience on software development or Microsoft Office 365 advanced applications such as, Power automate, Power apps and Power BI is highly preferred. 

Responsibilities :

• Support Retail shops for the IT problems mostly related with connection and hardware problems,
• Maintain hardware and software throughout the organization, resolving problems where necessary

• Respond user's requests regarding computer software or hardware problems and walk users through ways to resolve the problem,

• Perform all IT related audits and track the corrective actions for all IT risks and audit findings,

• Work closely with Global Team for the global IT operations.

• Experience or understanding on application software development lifecycle,

• Technical knowledge on security, network, cloud operations. Experience is preferred.
