HyperCompany is a technology company that develops software in the insurance, human resources, and brokerage industries. We are primarily based in the USA with an office in Bursa.

Location 

Office is in Bursa, Nilufer. 

 General Required Skills and Experience 

•         Interview will be conducted online in Turkish.
•         English reading and writing skills are required.
•         No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years. 

UI & UX Required Skills 

•         Required work experience; 2-3 years
•         Full-time work
•         Excellent knowledge of composition, typography and color;
•         Experience in web design;
•         Experience in visual identity and logo design;
•         Good knowledge of English at least on intermediate level or higher;
•         Understanding the features and best practices of B2B and B2C sites;
•         Fluency in Figma;
•         Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator;
•         Attention to detail and obsession with building complex components;
•         Must have a strong portfolio

Responsibilities

Read and understand the company’s standards and procedures for development and implement them. Understand the requirements, ask follow-up questions, and provide solutions.Work with product owners and lead developers on solutions. Participate in AGILE development processes, including stand-ups and weekly sprint planning. Understand and adapt to technological changes and requirements quickly. Communicate with fellow developers to brainstorm and explain solutions.
