We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Assistant to join our  Sales & Marketing team. This role is pivotal in providing essential support to our sales team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to the success of our sales initiatives.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments such as Business Administration, Accounting or  Financial Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Support Assistant position.
• Proficiency in English (Good).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Valid B driver's license.
• Ability to work on-site.
• We are looking for female candidates under the age of 35.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing necessary data and insights.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of meticulousness, and a disciplined approach to documentation, data management, and operational processes.
