Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join iDATA, who will actively participate in business development activities, monitor national and international tenders, and take part in the preparation of tender documentation.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant department of a university,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (advanced communication skills),
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in business development, project development, or tender processes,
• Good knowledge of public and/or private sector tender procedures,
• Ability to analyze tender specifications and prepare tender proposals,
• Experience in preparing English tender documents, technical proposals, and official correspondence,
• Proficiency in English sufficient to interpret contracts, specifications, and technical documents,
• Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills,
• Results-oriented, analytical thinker with strong teamwork skills. 

Job Description

• Research and monitor domestic and international business development opportunities,
• Regularly follow and evaluate public and private sector tenders,
• Review tender specifications and conduct compliance analyses,
• Prepare and coordinate English tender proposal documents,
• Collect the required information and documents from relevant departments and prepare complete tender submission files,
• Conduct written and verbal communication with clients and business partners,
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development documents,
• Support contract processes and prepare the necessary official correspondence,
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
