Financial Controller Specialist

We are looking for a Financial Controller Specialist to join our dynamic team in the international service sector. The ideal candidate will take an active role in financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and compliance processes for both our Turkish operations and international subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and consolidate financial reporting packages of Turkey and foreign subsidiaries

• Establish and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports and presentations

• Develop management reports, dashboards, and financial models aligned with business needs

• Coordinate with external auditors and investors’ finance teams

• Ensure compliance with local and international statutory laws and financial regulations

• Collaborate closely with management teams to share financial analyses and insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or planning

• Audit background is an asset

• Advanced command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Proactive, strategic, and capable of managing multiple priorities
