Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded marketing professional to join IFF's Taste Business. The ideal candidate will drive growth by transforming market intelligence, consumer insights, and innovation capabilities into meaningful customer experiences. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between Commercial, Category Marketing, Creative & Design, Innovation teams, and customers, ensuring that every engagement creates value and generates business opportunities.

You will be responsible for monitoring market, consumer, category, and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen IFF's position in the Turkish market. By translating insights into actionable strategies, compelling customer experiences, and business recommendations, you will support commercial success, enhance customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth. The role combines customer engagement, marketing, consumer insights, project management, and business development support, while partnering closely with sales teams and key customers to develop account strategies, uncover white-space opportunities, execute impactful promotional activities, and maximize the effectiveness of customer engagements, innovation initiatives, trade shows, and industry events. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, you will help position IFF as a trusted innovation partner and contribute to long-term business growth and profitability.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead the planning and execution of customer engagement activities, innovation days, workshops, product showcases, and technical seminars.
• Develop compelling customer presentations, demonstrations, tasting sessions, and trend-sharing experiences that inspire growth.
• Transform consumer, market, and category insights into actionable business opportunities and thought leadership.
• Partner closely with commercial teams to identify, develop, and track opportunities generated through customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Creative & Design, Technical, and Innovation teams to deliver impactful customer experiences and innovation storytelling.
• Support account planning, customer growth reviews, and the identification of white-space opportunities across categories and channels.
• Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing activities to maximize engagement and lead generation.
• Drive project execution excellence through effective cross-functional collaboration, activity tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Strengthen IFF's market presence by ensuring every customer interaction reflects our innovation capabilities and value proposition.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, Consumer Science, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, category management, customer marketing, or commercial support.
• Experience within the food, beverage, ingredients, flavors, FMCG, or B2B sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Curiosity for consumer behavior, market trends, innovation, and emerging opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
