QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Export Sales Manager (FMCG/Healthy Foods) is aiming to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities in the market.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the FMCG/Healthy Foods sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing sales and expanding into new markets.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Operate as the first point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote the brand and products effectively.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on account status Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with management team to ensure growth attainment.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations and compliance requirements related to international trade and export sales.
  • Responsible for all Export Operation (Proforma Invoice, Shipment organization, Export Documents, L/C if needed)
