Job Description

As a member of Inavitas R&D Project Management Team, you will be responsible for relevant duties of our R&D project management office including,

• Tracking and leading project execution progress inside our company and project team.
• Tracking project process according to project timeline, scope and contract
• Proposing new business and project ideas, tracking new project opportunities
• Occasional site visits for projects and customer meetings
• Having meetings with project stakeholders and managing relationships with customers
• Designing solutions for the relevant project considering project scope, company abilities and customers’ needs, reporting these solutions to relevant stakeholders including our customers and company professionals in an organized way.
• Being responsible of more than one R&D project
• Preparing formal reports for these funding agencies
• Preparing reports for R&D Center operations, audits
• Preparing in-project deliverables including Literature Search, Initial Systems Design and Requirement Analysis reports.
• Tracking national and international R&D projects funded by EMRA (EPDK), TUBITAK, ERANET, HORIZON2020 etc.
• Preparing project application documents for new projects for funding agencies like EMRA (EPDK), TUBİTAK, ERANET, HORIZON2020 etc.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mecatronic engineering
• Understanding power system operations and devices
• At least two years of experience in energy sector
• Having an analytical mind for high level system design and requirement analysis processes
• Advance level in English and Turkish, verbally and written.
• Having an organized approach for project management
• Proactive and self-disciplined for his/her responsibilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
• Willingness to accept change and the ability to manage it
• Continuous Improvement mindset
• Persuasive, encouraging and motivating. Strong interpersonal skills.
• Openness and curiosity for dynamic and future trends in technology, new business ideas and opportunities
• Military service must be completed or postponed for at least two years for male candidates
• No restriction to travel or Ability to travel up to 20%-both domestic and international

Preferred

• Knowledge of electricity distribution company operations and regulations
• Experience in international R&D projects management
• Having knowledge of optimization techniques
• Good knowledge of VISIO
• Preferable knowledge in MS Project
