We are looking for a “Production Director” for our customer with foreign capital, who produces furniture and equipment for work and production areas.

(Technical and Electrostatic discharge furniture)

• Bachelor or Master degree in an related field

• Minimum 8 years’ experience about production line system in related fields

• Experience about produces (technical) furniture and equipment for work/office and production areas.

• Good knowledge about English (writing, listening and speaking)

• Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to problem solving

• Proven ability in appropriate competencies

• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Coordination and operational management of the production process for the placement and configuration and release of final products

2. Planning and prioritization of production operations to ensure maximum productivity and minimize production costs

3. Determination of the necessary labor, equipment, raw materials and consumables. Organization of their effective use and maintenance

4. Planning of stocks of semi-finished products for planned and current production orders

5. Cascading of the company's goals in the field of quality and labor protection. Organization of work to improve the quality of products and prevent the release of nonconforming products

6. Conducting claims work with end customers in Europe. Reporting of the established form

7. Organization of work on warehouse storage of the company's goods and materials. Stock-takes

8. Provision of standards for the speed of execution of the customer's order and turnover of subordinate warehouses

9. Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, as well as their compliance with all legislative norms

10. Organization of effective use and maintenance of the company's assets (equipment, tools, etc.)
