QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs,
  • Advance command of written and spoken English,
  • At least 3 years work experience as a IT Recruiter,
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills,
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills,
  • Living in Istanbul,

 

Job Description;

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process,
  • Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, and more.
  • Screen resumes, make phone interviews, one-to-one interviews and assessments in order to select right candidates,
  • Create and implement HR operations and processes
  • On-board new hires ensuring an appropriate welcome, training and accompany them during orientation process,
  • Providing support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annually HR related reports.
  • Propose best HR practices to maximize the team effectiveness,
  • Headhunting with very active usage of LinkedIn and other career portals,
  • High corporate communication skills,
  • Strong business follow-up and well-developed organizational skills,

Preferred Candidate

3 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
