If you want to be the high potential“CRM Campaign Management Specialist” we are looking for our CRM and Customer Analytics team to be responsible for providing input and ideas to improve CRM programs and campaigns of retail banking group, analyzing campaign results and develop data driven optimization strategies to increase efficiency and profit;

If you think you have most of the followingqualifications;

·     Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Econometrics

·     Minimum 2 years of experience on CRM campaign management, with a proven track driving revenue from an existing customer base using relationship marketing

·  Experienced in planning communication strategies, specifying target population, evaluating campaign performances  and data analysis

·     Experienced in one of the frequently used campaign management tools (preferably Unica)

·     Knowledgeable in SQL and SAS queries, with driving meaningful results from data

·     Proficient at MS Office programs; expert user of Excel

·     Strong project management with exceptional organization skills and precise follow up

·     Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills

·     Execution expertise – the ability to lead strong execution across several differing programs

·     High accountability to results - ability to manage program outcomes to metrics

If you think you may take charge of the followingresponsibilities;

·     Manage creation process from conception to development and deployment

·   Produce campaign briefs, outlining goals, messaging, design considerations, target audience segmentation, and testing plans; and then project-manage each e-mail through asset production with design and copy resources; conduct a review process with stakeholders; oversee production and operations through build and testing; and finally evaluate test results, analyze engagement and conversions, and document learnings

·     Conduct quality assurance to ensure flawless execution

·     Compile campaign results, provide campaign optimization suggestions, identify best practices, and assist in institutionalization of key learnings

·     Analyze performance, developing data-driven hypotheses and designing and implementing A/B tests to increase channel performance as measured by conversion, engagement, and retention metrics

·     Provide input and new ideas to continuously improve CRM programs and leverage new developments in the ever-evolving world of email, push, and SMS

·     Work with stakeholders across the company to ensure on-time campaign launches.
