If you think you are the ideal candidate for our“Digital Banking Channel Management Specialist” position, in our Retail Banking

Group, knowing that you will be responsible for designing user experience and to be responsible for all digital channel projects and working individually with the IT & business departments in agile methodology.

If you think you have the following qualifications;

oBachelor’s degree

oMinimum 2 years of banking experience in digital banking

oGood at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality

oGood command of MS office programs

oGood command of written and verbal English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

oWorking with design experts to ensure quality UX

oBeing responsible for end-to-end development of category of digital products and services

oProposing new initiatives to improve performance and enable further growth

oManaging backlog and creating roadmaps in line with overall strategy

oCreating requirements in the forms of epics and user stories

oContinuously defining and validating acceptance criteria of delivered solutions

oPlanning product releases and setting expectation for delivery of new functionalities

oMaking partnerships with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value

oMaking partnerships with Marketing and CRM to develop rollout plans and marketing of the product

oWorking with design experts to ensure quality UX
