If you want to be part of our “ING Sales Trainee Programme 2019” to participate in an intensive training program (including core banking skills, credits, financial analysis, accounting, leasing, factoring, insurance, law, treasury, pricing, sales skills, on-the-job trainings, etc.)and work in one of our biggest branches in Istanbul, Ankara, Gaziantep, Antalya, Konya, Bodrum, Çanakkale, Ordu, and Bursa

If you think you have the following qualifications;

• Fresh graduate from university in 2018 or 2019 (June the latest)
  
• Advanced verbal and written English and fluent Turkish
  
• Good command of MS Office programs
  
• Extra-curricular activities (such as board or committee experience, volunteer work, internships, projects, etc.) to prove your leadership development as well as sales and customer relationship management skills
  
• Fit for a global bank which empowers customers and employees to stay a step ahead in life and in business, with digital innovative solutions
  

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Understand and determine customer needs and offer appropriate services and product packages
  
• Serve mid-corporate and small-medium sized enterprise customers
  
• Visit potential and current customers frequently to increase number of customers and product volume
  
• Deepen the existing customer portfolio and be active in gaining new customers
  
• Be responsible for sales, dissemination and setting up a sustainable financial relationship of ING’s products and services to the targeted segment customers
  
• Make necessary financial analysis for credit offers
