Internal Communication and Event Management Assistant Vice President

If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “Internal Communication and Event Management Assistant Vice President” position, in our Retail Banking Group, knowing that you will be responsible for designing and organizing internal events to enhance the communication and collaboration,
 
 If you think you have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of sector experience
• Strong organizational & planning skills and good at communication and coordination
• Positive, result oriented with high level of energy, highly motivated, multi-tasking personality, competent in teamwork, understanding the needs of the organization
• Good at storytelling and creating eye-catching presentations
• Good command of MS office programs especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish
• No restrictions for travel

İŞ TANIMI

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Designing and organizing internal events; developing, managing, and executing all relevant processes (such as venue, print, promotion materials; speakers; handling contracts and payments and most crucially team management, etc.)
• Managing the company's internal communications channels, including content planning and trafficking across business and functions; developing written and multimedia editorial content for all internal communication channels
• Creating and managing yearly event calendar and budget
• Scanning the market to find best practices, resources and opportunities to organize events
• Making negotiations with event organizers for long-term cooperation
• Building strong communication with internal and external business partners, vendors, employees and superiors associated with event planning and execution
