QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Vice President, Human Resources Talent Management, Training and Development- To hold a facilitation certificate, and to manage the internal facilitations
- To hold the coaching or mentoring accreditation and to design the internal processes and to deliver coaching or mentoring service
- To hold the Assessor accreditation and to participate in the Assessment Center activities when and if so required
- To have experience in management of multiple units
- Communication skills, listening, guiding and persuasive ability
- Setting and following up goals for middle and long term
- To take responsibility proactively in her/his own areas of responsibility and to be persistent for accomplishment
- Ability to think analytically, and competence to assess and analyze the problems from different viewpoints
- Active and effective team management
Being delivering internal trainings as an internal instructor with respect to areas of expertise within the organization of the Bank
Experience: - To have an experience of minimum 8 years in HR Training, Talent Management or management of the respective business line and team
Education:- To hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration or such other similar departments of the universities, or to hold an MBA or a master's/doctor's degree in Human Resources thereupon
Foreign Language: - English: Advanced level (verbal and written communication)
İŞ TANIMI
Establishing the talent and leadership management strategies of the Bank; andimprovement of the training and development programs designed for such purpose, and integration of such programs with the global projects and processes; andapplication of and following up new and modern methods.
Principal Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities: - To lead for determination of the requirements of the Bank entirely in the fields of talent and leadership management, training and organizational development, and planning, budgeting, implementation and coordination of the programs for such purpose. To ensure that the operations are managed by making use of internal and external resources, and also to ensure that new and methods and practices are acquired to that end.
- To work in coordination with all departments in respect of the talent management, training and development projects carried out through the Bank.
- To devise the methods and tools that would ensure development of periodical or local and global projects emerging as per the strategies and business priorities of ING Bank.
- To ensure management of the Practica Talent Camp and the ING International Talent Program (IITP) for the purpose of acquisition of the talents with high potential as part of the ING Bank Employer Brand, together with the HR Recruitment Team.
- To ensure compliance and integration with the global processes and projects in respect of the leadership, talent and organizational development; and to ensure the international communication and coordination for such purpose; and to get involved in or to manage the projects for adaptation of the necessary global systems and processes to the Bank.
- To ensure that the Annual Talent Review is coordinated and managed together with the HR Business Partners.
- To ensure that the talent review and/or development centers are established and managed.
- To carry out the processes such as Mentoring and Coaching.
- To improve herself/himself continuously, and to follow up the other practices and current events closely.
- To ensure that the availably used system is inquired for the purpose of providing a more effective and efficient training service. To increase the quality of the service being offered to the customers by means of innovative solutions.
- To represent the Bank towards any third party in the best manner as possible.
