Ingenico is an international company in payment technology. We are one of the major actors of payment business. We are seeking for Software Support & Integration Specialists for our Support Team.
  • Strong C# knowledge. C and Python knowledge is a reason for preference.
  • Good knowledge level of web service technologies.
  • Good knowledge level of SQL & database.
  • Minimum upper intermediate English level (both written and spoken)
  • A university degree from engineering will be an asset.
  • Strong analytical problem solving skill.
  • Strong communication skill.
  • Good presentation and organization skills
  • No travel restriction.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, excel, powerpoint)


Your tasks as a Software Support & Integration Specialist;
  • To give support for Ingenico software solutions to customers.
  • To analyze & identify customer needs.
  • To monitor the issues sent by our customers and reply them in daily basis.
  • To be able to write small utility programs for reproducing the issues when needed.
  • To organize workshops to customers for integration projects. Online or locally at office.
  • To prepare support documents and videos and share them with customers.
  • To test & develop software products when needed.
  • To prepare and distribute reports related to project activities.
  • To participate in initial field installations of Ingenico solutions when needed.
  • To propose new methodologies to improve solutions & products.
