QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Innova is a leading software developer and integrator in Turkey which provides innovative software solutions and services, covering the entire project lifecycle from consulting, design, application development and integration to support.Established in September 1999, Innova serves its bluechip client base from main offices in İstanbul and Ankara, a manufacturing facility for kiosks in Istanbul, as well as support offices in 12 cities in Turkey.Areas of business in Innova include OSS/BSS Systems for Telco operators, Financial Transaction Applications, ERP, CRM and BI systems, portals, custom software development IT systems management and infrastructure, IT security and kiosk systems.With more than 1400 people serving its clients, Innova has delivered solutions and services to customers in 37 countries to date. Major customers of the company are fixed line and GSM operators in Turkey and abroad, banks, as well as other prominent organizations in the manufacturing, public and service industries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, economics, or business administration.
  • Min 2 years experience in strategy, planning and financial analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking, business planning and problem-solving skills;
  • Good understanding of financial modelling, adequate finance
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced user skills level in MS Office
  • Preferably experience in using SAP, CRM, PPM systems
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills to assist and advise management teams
  • Proactive and results oriented approach
  • Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence;
  • Passion for analyzing data, market trends, and dynamics

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting revenue growth in line with corporate strategy and goals by ensuring that sales targets are executed and channel performance is monitored
To built and ensure that the follow-up for sales premium channel premium campaigns designed as a sales-enhancing activity to increase Innova revenues and profit margin
Manage portfolio transitions between sales segments and determine customer segmentation rules.
Partner across the entire organisation to support both financially and analytically towards their goals and priorities
To work with the executives and other departments to identify potential gaps / accelerants in company’s roadmaps and uncontemplated opportunities;
Analyze financial implications of strategic options and managing scenario planning;
Develop process maps, project plans, and KPIs at corporate, divisional level.
Monitor the balanced scorecard of the company and related divisions on a monthly basis and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
To ensure the feasibility of all decisions made for the sales channel and to make effective decisions.
Contribute to adhoc presentation or analysis requests.
Ensuring active channel tracking by measuring statistical and financial analysis / model development and sales performance at all points of contact with the customer
To provide expected and required analysis about the new opportunities related units within the scope of budget and forecasting studies
To make contribution of determination financial indicators and reporting estimated gross margin on new opportunities in Budget and Forecast processes, 
To lead the determination of the investment size required by the current product portfolio or new product developments by negotiating with the relevant units of the company
To build financial business cases to support large scale investments and projects

Contribute to adhoc presentation or analysis requests
