Graduate from any "Engineering Faculty" of a reputable University.
Being a Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronical Engineering graduate is a PLUS.
Very good language skills both Written&Spoken in English is a MUST. Any additional language is a PLUS.
Software knowledge in AutoCAD is a MUST, 3D CAD-CAM Programming Knowledge is a PLUS.
Perfect understanding of mechanical, electrical and mechatronical issues. 
Able to read and draw an electrical panel PERFECTLY. 
Has knowledge about Servo Motors, Servo Drivers, Cabling, and PLC/CNC Controlling Units.
No barriers for business trips worldwide. 
No barriers for getting visa for the European countries and the USA.
Having a driver's licance and being a perfect driver is a MUST. 
No military obligations.
Male candidates with maximum 30 years of age.

During the interview a test will be made to all the candidates that is composed of 3 stages:
1. English (Speaking&Writing)
2. Mechanical (Connecting mechanical pieces together by hand)
3. Electrical (reading an electrical panel + drawing a control panel)

INO MAKINE is the leading manufacturer of CNC Machines for Processing Aluminium Profiles and Aluminium Panels, based in his factory at Bursa. 
INO MAKINE is serving mainly to the Aluminium Windows & Doors and Curtain Walls Poroducers + Automotive Industry + Aviation Industry + Home Appliences + Mechanical Applications and to similar industries that use Aluminium Profiles and Panels in their production lines. 

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to manage our Technical Service issues.
The one will be completely responsible of all the after-sales operations of our company, including the machine installaitons, comissioning periods, handingover procedures and customer relations. 
Collecting the technical support inquiries from the customers, making the first contact to the customers politely.
Following up all the service issues.
Programming the technical support schedule, managing the technical support engineers.
Preparing the price offers for the spare parts and technical support visits.
Managing the spare parts stock, spare parts supply and spare parts sales. The one will be responsible of preparing new projects for increasing the technical support income and profitability. 
Hiring new employees as engineers or as assistants in case needed.
