We are looking for an Agile Coach who will be responsible for organizing agile teams, help the company embrace agile as a culture shift, encourage buy-in from employees and key stakeholders.

Who you are?

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach working with several scrum teams.
• You have at least 1-year hands-on software development experience (either in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management fields).
• You have a deep understanding of Agile principles and are able to adapt your knowledge and experience to fit the needs of our growing product teams in a Scale-up environment.
• For sure, you already have excellent communication skills to be able to coach the teams, mentor leaders, and resolve conflicts.
• You have the courage to raise issues and offer solutions for continuous improvement.
• It would be great if you already have some experience in a Software Product Startup company.
• You may also have experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery processes.

What you'll do?

• Guide us to grow a self-managed, self-organized and collaborative world-class engineering culture by evaluating existing processes and facilitate the change for process improvements
• Coach our product development teams and leaders to deliver high quality, high impact products in a sustainable way by utilizing the product development metrics
• Coach our scrum masters to be advocates of Agile principles and practices in their teams
• Coach our product owners to have well managed and impactful product backlogs
• Participate in scrum meetings to monitor, give feedback for continuous improvement and facilitate if necessary
• Help us to devise realistic and ambitious product roadmaps
• Be a key player in Insider’s Scale-up journey for being a world-class Marketing Software Company
