What we're looking for

We're looking for a bold, visionary, and obsessively detail-oriented Creative Director to lead Insider's global marketing design and brand experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, where brand and business impact are closely intertwined. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Communications, you'll own the creative output of Insider One's marketing team, from high-impact brand campaigns to our design system, AI usage, and scaling design operations.

You'll be the keeper of the brand, the shaper of visual identity, and the leader of a growing design ecosystem made up of in-house designers and freelancers, and agency partners. You'll partner with leaders across Go-To-Market, Demand Gen, Digital, Growth, and Events to bring ideas to life, ensuring everything we create doesn't just look great, but performs.

What You Will Do

• Lead and scale Insider's global creative function—guiding vision, setting standards, and elevating execution across all marketing touchpoints.
• Own and evolve Insider's visual identity and brand systems, for campaigns, events, paid media, website, and product storytelling.
• Build and manage a high-performing hybrid team of in-house designers and freelancers to execute across multiple time zones and projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to co-own and deliver high-impact campaigns and design assets.
• Translate briefs and business needs into creative solutions.
