GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering or other engineering programs,
• At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Production Planning,
• Good command of English,
• Have a high level of Excel knowledge,
• Preferably experienced in demand planning related systems and programs,
• Having a strong analytical perspective,
• Enjoys to deal with numbers and details,
• Developed oral and written communication skills,
• No travel restrictions,
• Residing in the European side of Istanbul (Hybrid working opportunity is available).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To carry out demand planning studies on a periodic basis with the sales teams, to create macro and micro targets, and to follow them,
• Working in coordination with the import and production departments and taking necessary actions in case of problems,
• Increasing target accuracy, and directing sales teams in line with the demand planning analysis,
• Preparing sales, stock and performance reports on a periodic basis,
• To analyze the sales, stock and profitability of the products,
• Participating in the business development processes of the department,
• To make the delivery planning of the orders in line with the determined deadlines,
• To monitor the process KPI’s and performance indicators,
• Establishing plans for the timely and accurate supply of necessary materials,
• To control and report the alignment of the actual production to the plan.
