GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

INTERRA is an innovative technology company developing KNX software and hardware solutions with its R&D teams experienced in the field of smart building automation by aiming for each product to be unique and comply with high-quality standards.

As INTERRA, we are operating sales, distribution, and project business in more than 100 countries. Now, we are looking for new members for our fast-growing dedicated sales team to create more efficiency and focus.

We are looking for an “Export Area Sales Manager” responsible for the CIS countries (position will be at Interra HQ in Istanbul, Kartal)


Job Description:

  • Management and coordination of customers and distributors in the CIS region,
  • Representing the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings,
  • Developing plans and strategies to achieve the regional export sales target,
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts,
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Increase and develop brand awareness,
  • Develop sales strategy for existing & new markets,
  • Stay on top of market dynamics, drivers, and trends of the relevant sectors,
  • Preparing weekly and monthly work reports and presenting them to the Export Manager and Export Director,
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships,
  • Hiring, training, motivate, and advise CIS's customers,

Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets, KPI’s and monitor them with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating on lead generation.
  • Recruit, set objectives, monitor, train and coach sales activity performances of sales team.
  • Coordination of marketing activities for the region in collaboration with the marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Min. 8+ years of work experience in export sales (smart building automation industry or electronic industry is preferred),
  • Having team management and leadership experience,
  • Well knowledge about CIS region and knowing region realities,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish with the ability to interact effectively with all customers, Russian language is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations and sales strategies,
  • No obstacle for travelling,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Completed military service for male candidates,
  • Valid driving license class B and active driver,
