As part of its operations in Turkey market, we are  looking for highly collaborative “Textile Supervisor” who will add value to our Category Team.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Min 3-5 years, experience in retail especially in sports fashion industry.
• Strong Communication skills both Turkish and English
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers
• Good presentation skills
• Analytical skills
• MS office skills 

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning and selecting textile product range, managing all the buying process.
  
• Development, follow up of annual business plan for category/activity
  
• Application of textile  category management principles on range, pricing, promo, & lay
  
• In depth understanding of category/activities & customers and competition
  
• Liaise with Marketing to ensure support ATL & in store for category Plans & identify new trends & activities to build the business
  
•  Purchasing meetings with suppliers
  
• Order development & budget control
  
• Timely order and follow up delivery to stores
  
• Negotiation with suppliers on product range, trade terms and supply chain services according to business targets and priorities.
• Proper & timely replenishment of stores
• Split relocation of stock
  
• Be close to store reality with consistent and planed store checks deployment of layout strategy and principles
