Our Reservation teams are an integral part of Intrepid’s success and customer experience! As a Junior Reservation Assistant, you’ll play a big part by assisting and supporting the Reservation Manager for the successful and profitable management of the reservations function at Intrepid Istanbul.

In this position you will work with operators to make bookings & organize cancellations. You will also work closely with the Operations Department to ensure our trips are a success. You will get the chance to collaborate with the Sales Department to assist in the successful running of trips and airport transfers.

A love of travel is a must have! With it you’ll bring:

• Outstanding organizational, customer service skills and attention to detail
• Experience in analysis and creating reports
• Strong IT knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate in English and Turkish
• Flexible and adaptable to handle a multitude of tasks that may be on the go at the one time
  
  

This is a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll be responsible, reliable and honest and can work independently and collaboratively with a team and share Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
