We are looking for a Cost Controller Director with qualifications specified below;

·         Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related sciences,

·         At least 7 years of experience in driving financial results (revenue, costs, margin) in multinational companies. Audit experience is a must

·         Preferably,budget planning and management reporting knowledge,

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English,

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,

·         Strong reporting and analytical skills

·         A strong leader and coach, capable of creating, sustaining and growing the skill base of team.

·         A strong communicator, effective at conveying complex information in understandable terms.

·         Ability to meet tight deadlines is required

·         No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

·         Lead, Manage, and control Financial Planning & Analysis for Key Account Segment

·         Drive and lead process and performance improvements through the use of KPI’s, ensure data integrity and uniformity, evaluate and identify cost saving opportunities by analyzing KPI trends.

·         Management of the relationship with Operations, including their information needs and adhoc request for analysis.

·         Directs and drives process improvements that eliminate re-work, reduce costs, and provide value to the business. Works closely with the service lines as appropriate to ensure operational efficiency of the different processes and services provided

·         Assist in, and contribute to the preparation of Annual Budgets and the ongoing review of performance (forecasts and actual results) against Budget.

·         Coaching and motivation for optimal individual and team performance
