General Qualifications

·  Have CSO, ISM, DPA certificates

·  Prone to teamwork, able to keep up with the intense working tempo;

·  Graduated from the relevant universities' deck and maritime management departments; 

·  Completed military service for male candidates;

·  Having at least 3 year Deck officer experience on vessels.

 · Having at least 2 years experience as Deck Superintendent

·   Fluent in both spoken and written English

·   Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs

·  Developed analytical thinking and problem solving, business follow-up and results-taking competencies. 

Job Descriptions

-         Responsible forcarry out the relations of our company with the classes, have a good command of ISM IMO SOLAS regulations.

-         Organizing maintenance and repair works related to deck sections on ships.

-         Responsible for the technical maintenance and performance of our ships

-         Programming and monitoring docking and shipyard works;

-         Visiting the ships regularly, inspecting and reporting the results

-         Making voyage performance analyzes of ships and reporting the instructions to the Ship Captain

-         Prepare technical reports such as research, system diagnostics and design analysis documentation

-         Responsible for ship's deck operations and equipment monitoring

-         Helping to ensure the safety conditions related to the ship's operation, cargo, navigation, critical operation and Integrated Management System in accordance with operational procedures

-         Supporting the Integrated Management System activities during the unloading/loading, ship inspections and training of the crews when deemed necessary by the Ship Operations Manager for the incumbent ships
