The Swedish Consul General and his wife are looking for a successful professional who would like to join our team as a Housekepeer 

You will work in the official residence of the Consul General at the Swedish Palace in Beyoğlu. Built in 1871, the Palace is an architectural and cultural heritage site that requires and deserves special care and attention.

responsibilities

Working closely with the Consul General couple and the Chief, you will create a clean, tidy and attractive environment in the Consul General's Residence – think of it as five-star service and cleanliness. Tasks include:

-        Supervising and directing extra staff.

-        Setting and decorating tables, rearranging furniture as needed.

-        Serving food and beverage at lunch, dinner and receptions.

-        Maintenance of tiles, glass and silverware, replacement of light bulbs, etc.

-        All housekeeping duties of an Official Residence, including cleaning, laundry, ironing and shredding. 

Attributes

We expect the successful candidate to have the following qualifications:

- English        and Turkish speaking, reading and writing .

-        Experience working as a skilled cleaner and/or waiter.

-        Strong sense of responsibility, consistent care and the ability to perform independently with high quality.

-        An open and flexible approach with a desire to develop professionally and as part of the Swedish Palace team.

General conditions

850 € net starting salary per month, 28 days off per year, SSI plus additional health insurance and work clothes.

The butler is personally employed by the Consul General. Employment will begin with a probationary period.

The working week averages 40 hours, but the amount of work varies from week to week. Sometimes the hours will be longer, partly in the evenings or on weekends. This is compensated over time during periods of lower workload.
