We are looking for Agile Coaches to coach and train corporate teams on the agile methodology and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. This position will be responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are tasked with encouraging team members and leadership to embrace the agile culture.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the professional development of team members and other expert roles such as scrum master, product owner and leaders by walking them through how to put agile principles and practices into place based on your prior experience and extensive knowledge of effective approaches.
  

• Guide teams in to Agile, providing feedback and opportunities for improvement, catalyzing organizational growth and answering questions. Challenge teams to think differently and improve regularly.

• Guide individuals and teams to discover answers and alternative solutions/approaches to continuously deliver software solutions.

• Coach teams and other roles to create and prioritize their product backlog, user stories, size stories and duration of releases.

• Educate teams, leaders and business partners about Agile values, principles, process and tools.

• Create and maintain training contents.

• Schedule & facilitate workshops.

• Conduct post training evaluation to drive continuous improvement.

• Track and report on all knowledge and capability development activities.

• Continue to learn and implement industry best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Electronics/Mathematics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience utilizing Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban).

• Prior experience coaching and mentoring software teams on Agile transitions.

• Prior experience coaching and mentoring business teams on Agile transitions. (preferred)

• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to be a thought partner / coach to clients and internal teams.

• Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on collaboration and a positive attitude.

• Experience in creating Agile training/workshop material.

• Experience with technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Excellent continuous improvement and change management skill set.

• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, facilitation and problem solving skills.

• Experience with setting up workflows in a project tracking tool (Jira, etc).

• Advance Level English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Agile Coach or practitioner.

• Agile Certifications (CSM, PSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP etc.).

• Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
